AvenirOne has been designed from the ground up to be an efficient, versatile and cost-effective complete solution for small to medium-sized markets. A Central Limit Order Book (CLOB) trading solution combines with a Central Securities Depository system (CSD). In jurisdictions that require share registries, registry function is also provided.

Web-Based

Access to AvenirOne is available through any modern web browser, meaning you never need to worry about system requirements, version compatibility or software updates. You can use AvenirOne on your computer, your smartphone or tablet with no reduction in functionality; no matter where you are in the world.

External Access via Portals

In addition to the main Admin Portal, designed for use by Market Operators, all AvenirOne tiers come with a range of external portals allowing you to provide limited access to a range of Market Participants:

Investor Portal view holdings, update contact details, and add orders prior to auctions (Private Market Mode)
Issuer Portal maintain account and investor info, initiate transactions, run reports, create and run auctions (Private Market Mode)
Trade Portal add bid or ask orders, view the order book, monitor order matching

Participant Portal custom created for brokers, settlement agents or custodians

Trade

Provides CLOB alongside flexible auction functionality. The trading system works based on a customised board; whether your market uses continuous trading or a single daily auction.

The powerful Avenir Order Matching Engine matches trades and immediately displays matched prices. Trade Surveillance allows operators to track orders, trades and prices as well as placing limits in advance.

CSD

AvenirOne’s fully-functional CSD (Central Security Depository) meets the clearing, settlement and custody needs of small to medium size exchanges via a number of core modules.

Exchange settlement creates and manages post-trade transactions, supporting everything from T+0 to T+N, depending on market requirements. All relevant components are tagged and linked together to track the trade journey; from order to trade to position to DvP transaction.

Corporate Actions facilitate the ultra-efficient creation of transactions in order to perform key functions on holdings, e.g. Dividends, Interest Payments and Stock Splits.

Registry

As well as CSD functions, AvenirOne provides specific features for registrars. The Certification module generates physical certificates where required, and these are branded as per the registry needs.

New certificates are reissued following balance changes, and replacement certificates can be provided in case of a loss of certificate issued to a shareholder.

AvenirOne can print a QR code to certificates in order to confirm authenticity and/or verify certificates.

Tokenisation

AvenirOne includes Avenir SettlementLink; integrating your blockchain with our trusted clearing and settlement system, enabling on-chain trading while settlement continues to be handled by a world-class, reliable infrastructure.

Fractional Ownership

Avenir now supports fractional ownership for all relevant instrument types. We understand that your systems don’t always deal in whole shares, therefore we provide you with the ability to manage trading, settlement, registry, transactions and corporate actions using fractional quantities of up to ten decimal places.
